Dear Neighbor,

My team and I would like to wish you a warm holiday season and thank you for your engagement and support this past year.

Please keep in mind that San José City Hall and other City offices will be closed for the holiday furlough from Monday, December 25, 2017 through Tuesday, January 2, 2018. All Council and Department offices will reopen Wednesday, January 3, 2018. Police and Fire Departments, along with other critical City services, are unaffected by the closure and will continue to provide service.  Should you need assistance from our office, please email district9@sanjoseca.gov

Wishing you and your loved ones a warm holiday season and a bright New Year.

Sincerely,
Councilmember Don Rocha

News & Announcements
Benefit for those affected by California Wildfires

Hot San Jose Nights is hosting a car show tomorrow, December 16, at Cambrian Park Plaza from 11am to 4pm to benefit Toys for Tots and Second Harvest Food Bank. Sadly, this year's wildfires have devastated so many families up and down the state, and these nonprofits are doing their best to fill the need. If you're in the giving spirit, come down to the corner of Union and Camden right next to the Kiwanis Christmas Tree Farm and bring an unwrapped new toy or canned food. Your donation means a lot to families in need.

Host a Neighborhood Watch Meeting

Did you know... SJPD is anxious to help residents implement Neighborhood Watch in their own neighborhoods. For more information or to set up a meeting, call 408-277-4133.
